Request A Quote

Send your sizes, quantities and material preferences and we will turn it into a clear quotation for PETG sheet cutting or filament supply. Our Cape Town team supports Epping collection and nationwide courier orders, with practical advice if you are not sure what to specify.

What to include in your quote request

The faster you give us the right details, the quicker we can price the job correctly. For sheets, tell us the thickness, sheet size, finished dimensions, quantity, and whether you need straight cuts, strip cutting, panel cutting or hole marking. For filament, let us know the material type, colour, spool size and how many units you need.

If you are still comparing options, we can help with material advice before you place an order. That matters when you are working near the coast, on a production floor with heat, or on a prototype that must hold shape after use. A short note about the end use saves time and avoids rework.

How to request a quote through the contact form

Use the enquiry form on our contact page and send the job in one message if possible. Include your company name or name, the delivery or collection area, and any deadline that applies. If the job is for a client project, add the quantity per item so we can quote the correct batch size.

  • Sheet thickness and finished size in millimetres
  • Quantity needed for each line item
  • Cut type, such as straight cuts or custom sizing
  • Whether film should be left on
  • Collection point or courier delivery town

Clear measurements help us avoid back and forth, especially on jobs with multiple parts or repeated sizes. If you are sending a sketch, label each dimension properly so our cutting team can read it without guesswork.

Sheet cutting and finishing options we can quote

Our sheet service covers both simple and more detailed work. We cut in Epping, Cape Town and can prepare jobs for collection at selected areas or for courier where needed. Depending on the job, we can quote for small batch cutting, large batch cutting, strip cutting and panel cutting.

We also handle edge deburring where required, which is useful for parts that will be handled often or fitted on site. If holes need to be marked for later drilling, ask for hole marking on the quote. For protective purposes we can keep the film on the sheet, which is useful for transport and some fabrication jobs, just tell us if you want that left in place.

Filament orders for local use and nationwide delivery

Our filament supply is couriered nationwide, so you can place an order from Cape Town, Durban, Gqeberha or inland towns without arranging your own transport. When quoting filament, be specific about the material, spool quantity and any colour preference. If you need multiple spools for a print farm or a workshop, list each line separately so we price it correctly.

We pack filament for courier so it travels safely, with job labelling where needed. That helps when goods are going to a shared receiving point or to a site with different teams taking deliveries through the week. If your printers run through load-shedding, tell us what volume you use per month so we can help you plan stock better.

Collection points and practical turnaround

We work from Epping, Cape Town and support collection arrangements in areas such as Montague Gardens, Bellville, Parow, Somerset West, Paarl, Stellenbosch and Claremont. If you need collection, mention the area on your enquiry so we can confirm the best arrangement. Couriers are available for filament and, where suitable, for prepared sheet orders too.

  • Epping Collection for direct pickup from our base
  • Bellville Collection for northern suburbs convenience
  • Paarl and Stellenbosch Collection for winelands-area jobs
  • Somerset West and Claremont Collection for southern and coastal routes

Turnaround depends on the size of the order, the number of cuts and whether extra marking is needed. If you have a deadline, say so upfront and we will tell you what is realistic rather than promising what cannot be done.

If you are unsure what material to choose

PETG is a practical option when you need a material that handles everyday use better than a basic sheet choice and still works well for prototyping, displays and fabrication. It is often chosen for parts that need a clean finish and decent durability without making the job difficult to machine or handle. If you are working in a humid coastal area or need something that copes better with general wear, tell us what the item will face and we can guide the quote.

Sometimes the best quote is not the cheapest sheet size but the one that reduces waste and saves fitting time. For that reason, share your target dimensions and the application, not just a rough guess. A small mistake in the first measurement can turn into extra cost later, so it is worth checking twice before you send it.
